Back in the day, games used to arrive in big boxes with mauals, art, discs and extras. Nowadays it's a simple download and you get nothing (ok, code) for your money. Some people form collections of games and Here is mine for the PC thus far.
PS2 Games List
Probably the best era in gaming. Before the consoles went online proper and the developers were putting out quality games. You can see my list Here.
Xbox 360 Gmes List
The twilight years for the console gamers. This is where we lost control of the consoles and Micrsoft and Sony took over. You can see my 360 list Here.
VHS / DVD Collection
This is my VHS / DVD list. Put it here for easy access when I'm out and aboutlist Here.
PC Longplays
Most (if not all) of my Longplays are stored on Archive.org or Youtube. However, Youtube is notoriously shite at handling Longplays with their
inappropriate copyright algorithm and non existent customer service. Couple this with the fact that Youtube cannot do 60 frames a second on content
that is less than 720p, and you have a mediocre platform at best, which may lead to me uploading some games to archive.org only.
Below you will find a link to all my longplays. You can either watch the Youtube version, which may (or may not) have reduced frame rates or mass silenced
sections of the game where they feel a copyright issue has occurred. I may even disable music in some playthroughs to get them on Youtube at all.
On Archive.org, you get the full unedited version of the game running at maximum frame rate. I'll link both version and you can choose for yourself.
I would recommend the Archive.org versions, which you can watch or download.
Broken Sword: Shadow of The Templars - Director's Cut Longplay 720p
I may use to Wii console to get proper Component displays for the gamecube Longplays, as the original component cables for the gamecube
are unrealistically priced. I may throw in a few RGB playthroughs for the 'cube too.
The 360 is the latest console I own (as of jan 2019) and will likely stay that way. I use HDMI for full HD and 60FPS. Most games are installed
directly onto the HDD for superior loading times.
